A thrilling new Halloween experience has taken over Oakdale all month long, transforming the popular entertainment venue The Burrow into a hauntingly fun destination. Monsters, creepy dolls and ghosts have crept into every corner of the space, making it one of the spookiest spots in the Twin Cities this October.
